Endless Summer is a family-owned condo in the heart of Los Cabos, just steps from Medano Beach — the only fully swimmable beach in the area. Whether you’re watching the sunset from the rooftop pool or exploring the marina’s restaurants and shops, we want your stay to be the start of countless memories with the people you love. The building offers 24-hour security, on-site parking, an elevator, and a rooftop garden with a heated pool, shallow lounge deck, gym, and panoramic views of the ocean, the Arch, and the mountains. Located in the Cabo Tourist Corridor between Costco and Walmart, you’re just a quick 3-minute ride from downtown and the marina.
Endless Summer is a spacious, open-concept condo with a fully equipped kitchen — stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a table that seats 6, and a dishwasher. The two bedrooms each have a queen bed, individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fans, spacious closets, blackout blinds, and a 4K Smart TV. The living room is filled with natural light, a full-size couch, and its own 4K Smart TV. Endless Summer sleeps 6 comfortably across two queen bedrooms and a portable queen mattress, with the couch able to sleep one additional adult if needed. An in-suite washer and dryer keep packing light easy.
Sustainability
We strive to support local businesses and keep our footprint light. A cooler and reusable bags make beach days and grocery runs easier, and a balcony drying rack keeps your towels and swimsuits off single-use hangers. Our fridge’s double water filtration means the water and ice are safe straight from the tap — no bottled water needed.
Cleaning
Every stay begins with a spotless condo. Linens, towels, and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each guest, so you can settle in with total peace of mind.
Meet Your Hosts
Endless Summer started as a Canadian family’s pandemic passion project, created by two healthcare workers who wanted a place to slow down, reconnect, and make memories with their three kids. We’re so glad to share it with you. Our on-site host Laura lives nearby and is always just a message away for restaurant tips, local recommendations, or anything you need during your stay.

Endless Adventures Await
Hike to the Arch on the Mt. Solmar trail — a local guide leads the roughly 2-hour trek most mornings for sweeping views where the Pacific meets the Sea of Cortez. Catch a wave at Costa Azul, a favorite spot for surfers of every level, or spend a day on one of the region’s championship golf courses.
Los Cabos’ beaches are known for where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez. Medano, Chileno, Santa Maria, and Palmilla are among the calmer, swimmable spots, several holding Blue Flag certification for water quality and safety. Add in sunset cruises, deep-sea fishing, whale watching in season, and the marina’s restaurants and nightlife just minutes away, and you’ll never run out of things to do.

Walk To The Beach
Enjoy a nice easy walk from the condo, down the street. Go through the Public Access at the Riu Entrance (Open 9am-6pm daily). Proceed straight and follow the signs (as seen in pictures below). Enjoy the manicured landscaped walkways until you reach the beautiful El Medano Beach.
The Location

The beach is 350m walking distance from the Condo building. Exit condo and proceed towards The Riu Resort, there is beautiful walkway that takes you through the resort and to the beach.
We have 3 children of our own so the answer is YES! Cabo is very safe and there’s plenty of things to do. Be safe around the ocean, there are strong riptides so even the more advanced swimmers need to use caution.
It’s a quick 3 minute drive to downtown and to the marina where there are fabulous restaurants and nightlife to experience. If you prefer the exercise, you can walk the beach, there’s no restrictions and it will take you all the way to the marina. It is about a 20-25 minute walk to ‘The Office’ and other big name beach restaurants.
The condo is situated in-between Walmart & Costco, there is also a Home Depot and other stores nearby. If you prefer, there is a mall at the Marina and its about a 3m drive to the downtown.
