We have partnered with Ronival Property Management to provide you with the most satisfying and enjoyable experience when staying at our newly constructed condo. We want to leave you and your family with an opportunity for countless memories to last a lifetime. We are located 350 meters from El Medano Beach, the only safe swimming beach in the area. There are ample opportunities for activities and adventures in and around our location. The condo offers 24 hour security, parking and concierge services. We also have a gym, elevator, roof top garden with heated pool and shallow lounge deck, lounge chairs, two washrooms and pergola with breath taking panoramic views and tables with chairs for sitting. Located between Costco and Walmart on the beach side in the Cabo Tourist Corridor bordering El Tezal, this condo is only a quick 3 minute Uber ride to downtown and the marina with fabulous shopping and restaurants for you to experience.
Endless Summer is newly furnished spacious condo with a large open concept and ready to cook in kitchen with brand new modern stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, kitchen table to seat 6 and a dishwasher. The condo features two well thought out bedrooms with queen sized beds, individual air conditioners with remote controls, ceiling fans, bathrooms, spacious closets, blackout zebra blinds and 43″ 4K Smart TVs. The living room is filled with lots of natural light and a pull out queen sofa bed and a 58″ 4K Smart TV. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably and for added convenience we have a in-suite washer and dryer.
Sustainability
We strive to support local businesses and community initiatives, all the furnishings in the condo were purchased brand new from local stores. We have tried to limit single-use-plastics in the condo, we use refillable containers whenever possible. We also provide you with a cooler to take the to beach and reusable bags to take shopping and a drying rack on the balcony for bathing suits and towels. The kitchen is stocked with food saver containers to reduce the need for disposable plastics, we have also installed double water filtration in the fridge so the water and ice are safe to consume without the need for bottled water.
Cleaning
Enhanced COVID cleaning protocols are the gold and only standard we follow and everything is cleaned, washed, disinfected and sanitized between each stay to keep our guests safe.

From a relaxing cruise on the serene waters of the sea of Cortez while tequila tasting watching the sunset, to awe inspiring golf courses or exploring the coves and rock formations of the Cannery Beach. Families will make everlasting memories with lots of local animals or go fishing and catch your first marlin, try whale watching or even a camel ride through the Desert Park Natural Reserve.
Cabo San Lucas really has something for everyone with plenty of water-based adventures and nightlife.

Walk To The Beach
Enjoy a nice easy walk from the condo, down the street. Go through the Public Access at the Riu Entrance (Open 9am-6pm daily). Proceed straight and follow the signs (as seen in pictures below). Enjoy the manicured landscaped walkways until you reach the beautiful El Medano Beach.
The Location

The beach is 350m walking distance from the Condo building. Exit condo and proceed towards The Riu Resort, there is beautiful walkway that takes you through the resort and to the beach.
We have 3 children of our own so the answer is YES! Cabo is very safe and there’s plenty of things to do. Be safe around the ocean, there are strong riptides so even the more advanced swimmers need to use caution.
It’s a quick 3 minute drive to downtown and to the marina where there are fabulous restaurants and nightlife to experience. If you prefer the exercise, you can walk the beach, there’s no restrictions and it will take you all the way to the marina. It is about a 20-25 minute walk to ‘The Office’ and other big name beach restaurants.
The condo is situated in-between Walmart & Costco, there is also a Home Depot and other stores nearby. If you prefer, there is a mall at the Marina and its about a 3m drive to the downtown.
